The 3-bedroom premium villa with pool was absolutely amazing!! Lots of space for the kids to spread out and the pool was small but very nice and warm. The resort main areas are beautiful and the staff was all very helpful. My only complaint would be that they collect a $200 per night hold for incidentals, and then during my stay they also charged my card another $204 and $747 and when I asked why they said it was also for incidentals and it would be back in my account in 3-5 days. That’s a pretty stiff “hold”, if you ask me.

Villa had a great few; toilets don’t flush well; handle on showered were backwards. Never came to clean at all during 5 day stay; had to text number to get anything needed; resort was understaffed; did two fishing charters and caught fish, nothing to bring home; rented paddle boards off site bc ones on site can only used in small area. Pools and hot tubs close at sunset which was a bummer we always live night swimming; golf cart was fun to rent a drive around looking at houses; no where to eat on island besides resort. Have to drive at least 20mins in either directions to get anything so if you like a variety of restaurants or happy hours this is not the place. Front desk is very understaffed; the line was always so long. Lots of people complaining about charges that weren’t theirs. We had it also happen to use. We avoided charging anything to the room bc if it.

A place like no other.

The resort was amazing on so many levels. Staying at the Sunset Village was quiet, peaceful, and serene. The sunsets were beautiful and overlooking the Gulf was wonderful. The main resort had anything you wanted and everything was in walking distance.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the property. The main hotel was beautifully decorated, and the food at both restaurants was excellent. The staff was kind and friendly. However, we stayed in the “Sunset Villas,” and unfortunately, the unit we were in was not in the best condition and felt extremely outdated. The bathtub was partially clogged, causing the water to drain slowly. Additionally, everything was quite dusty, and the carpet on the stairs was stained.

Had super high hopes but was very disappointed because almost everything was under construction. The staff were amazing 10 /10 but not sure we'd return.

The facility itself was amazing with minor repairs needed. The staff was amazing as well. We ran into an issue with a party boat so load it was shaking the buildings and eventually had to be a police matter.

Overall pools were great as was the location. Staff were friendly and it was very good for kids. Children’s area was fun for kids but very run down. I believe they are replacing the splash pad soon so this may improve. I was disappointed in the quality of the room. Our unit had cracked furniture with many water stains. The carpet was pulling up and there were insufficient pots and pans for cooking.

Simply Incredible

This trip was AMAZING ! we stayed in the 5 bedroom villa and wow , this house is beautiful. Balconies for every room , open layout . Views were gorgeous! We want to thank Jose Peru at check in for simply being awesome , He was so sweet and welcoming . Would definitely stay here again. It was incredible .
