The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. "I keep returning to this hotel as location is great, bus service great and warm and friendly staff. The rooms are large and well equiped. You can walk straight onto rhe beach and transport to Chania or Kolmbari is excellent. You can walk along the beach for miles. Very relaxing location. Easy to get to the airport. What is not to like? Shout out to Yanis. Kind and generous. We shared Raki together. "

"The property is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I do not think the property is at 5 stars as the finishings in the room and attention to detail seemed rushed. Our phone and air were not working, the phone was fixed but we got tired about asking for help with the air as the room gets very muggy because there is not ventilation and a lot of windows. "
