Nosso único ponto negativo não é sobre o apartamento em si, mas sobre a empresa que o administra: são irredutíveis e não tem maleabilidade alguma sobre os horários de check-in e check-out, ainda que não haja locações nos dias antes/depois, visam apenas o lucro e as taxas para troca de horário são o valor de uma nova diária.
