"We stayed 3 nights. The hotel is beautiful and our room on the 3rd floor was very modern and comfortable. The location is great looking over a sheltered bay with lots of complimentary water activities available such as kayaking, paddle boarding etc.. We were also pleased to find quite a good selection of restaurants within walking distance (Bullies and the Beach House in particular). "I was not inconvenienced by booking 2 separate reservations and I did not need to move. I am VIP at Expedia. So one reservation, I didn’t get a room upgrade. One reservation, I did get a room upgrade. Best of all worlds would have been to Received all room upgrades plus No need to move from the best room. So that would have meant a 2 step upgrade on the second reservation. Also, it was not highlighted that I would receive a 20% discount on spa services. All staff should have known this...
