"My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!"

"Disgusting place to stay. Filthy and smelly room. Unsafe hotel for children. Bed bugs in the room. Expedia should not be advertising this hotel for people to stay in. Incredibly disappointing on every level. Steer clear of this one - it is not worth the lower hotel room rate."

"Sue and Bianca were awesome! Honestly, every employee we encountered was. The location is perfect for visiting the mall. The breakfast tacos are delicious. The free shuttle to/from the airport is convenient, but be sure to book in advance. The indoor pool was a nice addition to our stay; it was clean and fully stocked with fresh towels. My only issue was the condition of the furniture in the rooms, which was very old and dirty. They are currently renovating, so hopefully they will get new...

"This hotel is very close to the mall, and you can walk to the mall in 5 minutes. front desk staff are very patient and helpful in answering questions. one card operated guest laundry near the entrance is very convenient for small load of 3 days clothing of family of 3. swimming pool and hot tub are great plus. breakfast are yummy and good variety of choices. "The property location is excellent. Being so close to airport and attached to hotel is a huge draw over the properties across the street. Rooms are great. Bathrooms have alot of space. The porters and outside car runners, bellmen are exceptional. Check in staff was not a highlight for me"
