To be honest this hotel is very expensive and poor quality the bathroom the water in the toilet didn’t flush also the shower the water was the drain was clogged the door and window was very old bad service to be honest

The whole building is run down. I will never go back. No hot showers. Dirty pool. Randomly tried charging extra... Very strange. Staff broke iPhone charger. Have to ask for toilet paper at front desk and you are not allowed to put used toilet paper in toilet to flush. Taxi service is not honest mostly.

Necesita rehabilitacion general.

El lugar es tranquilo y con buena atencion y servicio. Pero le hace falta mucha inversion. Esta muy viejo el edificio y mobiliario. Muy descuidadas las instalaciones en general. No tienen servicio de restaurante y sin posibilidad de conseguir ni un cafe por la mañana.

La atención de parte del personal fue muy buena, las habitaciones cumplen con su cometido de llegar a dormir despues de estar en playa o paseando, lo malo fue que el servicio de restaurante no estaba disponible y tenias que salir a bucar algo o traer tus cosas para consumir en el hotel. No hay refrigerador en las habitaciones, pero se podía rentar uno. La playa es tranquila, ideal para niños.

Lo mejor del hotel es la alberca con calefacción, los climas de los cuartos silenciosos y en buen estado y el acceso a la playa. Lamentablemente los dias que estuvimos no tenian servicio de restaurante ni bar. Las instalaciones en general les falta mantenimiento. Por el precio vale la pena hospedarse aqui.

El hotel es un hotel viejo. Falta que le inviertan un poco en los cuartos y áreas comunes. La tv es de las viejitas y se ve muy mal la señal del cable. Las cortinas del cuarto casi no tapan nada y les faltaban ganchitos. No tienen refrigerador, tuvimos que rentarlo por separado (renta por día) Sin embargo, la limpieza de los cuartos es buena y las sábanas y toallas (aunque eran viejas) siempre olían a limpio. Nos tocaron los 3 días de "convivio" con una familia que supongo que eran familiares del dueño del hotel y la primera noche estuvieron en la zona de la alberca con la música a todo volumen hasta la 1 de la mañana (llegábamos una niña de 3 años que no podía dormirse por el ruido), los otros 2 días no pusieron música pero de todos modos se escuchaban sus pláticas y risas a carcajadas hasta muy tarde de la noche...siendo que se supone que el reglamento decía que el área de la alberca se cerraba a las 10 pm. El personal fue muy amable pero no solucionaron ese tema. No volvería a este hotel definitivamente ...la relación costo vs las instalaciones del cuarto y hotel no coinciden.
