"I like everything at Great Wolf Lodge except the self serve machine doesn’t work and we have to wait hours to check in. It is difficult with children. Otherwise I rate 5 stars."
"Room was clean, appointed as advertised. Staff all around from front desk to kitchen was courteous, responsive, and just plain kind. One of the friendliest staffs I have experienced at a Holiday Inn and a friendly staff is what we are used to with Holiday Inn hotels. "
"The breakfasts are outstanding. They had amazing homemade biscuits and gravy for my last morning. I went to the Happy Hour one night, and the food was so good I didn't need dinner. The young man serving wine was so friendly, and so were the check-in staff, especially Graciela, whom I see every time I come here."
"The property is nice and the rooms are big and comfortable. That said, the staff were exceptional, the women at the front desk were so welcoming and friendly and the restaurant staff were great too. We would come back here for the employees alone-they made the stay for us. "
"Our stay was pleasant, we were on a road trip and needed to stop to charge our car. However, the car charger here did not work.
The location was poor nothing but fast food and pizza places, that were walking distance and no shopping.
However, very clean and friendly staff. So for and over night for a bed to sleep in it was fine."
"Looked like a newer or recently updated Best Western. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I think could have made our stay a little better would be that when I checked in the desk person should have mentioned that the breakfast only goes to 9:30. I have stayed at many Best Western hotels and they all have had breakfast until 10:00. But other than that the stay was great and I would stay there again. "
