"This place is run down and run by young unprofessional attendants who do not care about the quality of your stay. The room is only cleaned at your request and I requested it 3 times and never received a cleaning. Trash was not emptied, room never vacillated and beds never made. Had to get my own refills on shampoo and conditioner and ask for towels. The bathroom outlets didn’t work and you couldn’t dry your hair in front of a mirror. No idea how it receives a “very good” rating. I do not recommend this place."

No one fixed any of our problems and even the Marriott reached out to me but actually never fixed anything or apologized. Nothing has been done to fix this and or make me feel better about our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"Great property for a couple days stay, if one is visiting the Mayo Clinics. Nice size rooms. Get one with an even number to decrease highway noise. Breakfast was decent. I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark. With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics!"

"The staff at the Hyatt House in Rochester Minnesota was very friendly. The breakfast was great. They had fresh fruit every morning and plain Greek yogurt. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. My only issue was in our room that there were stains on the sheets. The mattress was comfy and the pillows are down so I really liked them."
