This was a great place to stay. Right on Lake Macquarie. Very relaxing. Great cabin, staff and communication. When there was an issue with one of the toilets on site, or when aclean up neededto be done on the jumping pad, a text message was sent out letting us all know. Also liked the fairy lights around the very clean bbq just behind our cabin. And the sound of frogs in the creek behind us was amazing.

Asked for late check in as we had to travel from Brisbane, the young lady I spoke was friendly and I had no problem organising the later check in. We were only staying 2 nights to attend an 80th birthday celebration so we booked the budget room. It was enough for what we needed. The shower pressure and temperature was great. However budget room is exactly that, I wouldn’t book you want space and upper market room. It was clean and tidy, would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Great spot for a day or weeks holiday. Kids play equipment was definitely worth the stay. The cabins could do with a better clean, but nothing major found. Would visit again

We stayed in a budget cabin overnight. It was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable bed, aircon, ensuite and small kitchenette with a fridge. Also your own Bbq on the verandah. The park was very clean and the view of the beautiful lake was a nice surprise in the morning. Will recommend to family and friends

Really nice accommodation that was convenient for my purposes. Just a heads up about the non-signposted massive dip/drain in the road near the toilet block, which sneaks up on you in the dark, especially if you are in a small car! Staff were amazing!

We loved our stay. It was only for one night but the beds were so comfy. The unit was clean. The only issue we had was we couldn't get the T.V to work but no big issue. Would definitely stay again.

Requested early check in due to a function, received a call at 12 that my cottage was ready. A perfect little cottage for single or couple. Thoroughly enjoyed a relaxed 2 night stay, beautiful lake views and walks, convenience grocery and take away close by.

There was a problem with the original booked cottage, however, staff immediately moved us to address the issue. Our accommodation had lovely water views, for a peaceful outlook. The accommodation was well appointed, clean, good value and well maintained.

Stayed in a “motel” room which was fine for my needs, would be good if there were photos of it online as there’s photos of everything but that. So I didn’t know what to expect. Parking is on concrete right in front. Dripping cold tap in the vanity in loo room needs sorting. Very tight to turn off. Room also needs a bedside lamp and an extra blanket - wasn’t warm enough overnight. But otherwise a cheap room and it’s a short walk to the beautiful foreshore of Lake Macquarie. Seating outside the motel room x 2 also handy.
