Very nice part of Manila. Beautiful hotel with shopping and restaurants right next door. Big, spacious, clean and safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Manila.

I loved the transfer from the airport to the hotel. Outstanding stay. Extra special treatment for my sisters birthday. The staff were absolutely adorable. In room dining service was very good. Check in could definitely be better. Very slow process. I was told to wait got 2 hours for room but everyone else got a room right away.I have a bad knee and requested a room close to elevator - I was given one of the furthest room with 2 different long hall turns.

The hotel is attached to a mall which was convenient for shopping and dining. We upgraded our room to have access to their lounge, but it wasn’t worth upgrading. Often time we walked in, there would only be peanuts, shrimp crackers and pretzels available for snacks.
