"The place is filthy. Air conditioner had to be replaced so we had to change rooms. Overall, the entire hotel is gross.The front desk clerk was rude every time we went spoke to her. There are hundreds of good hotels in Palm Beach County. This isn't one of them."

"Breakfast was standard and not bad. Room was clean, but definitely showing its age. Lots of dented edges, scuff and old carpet. Make sure you dont get an adjoining room if youre traveling alone. Noise travels like people are in the room with you. It feels over peiced for the condition its in, but at least its clean."

Check out was a breeze as well. My only con to this property would be to lower the nightly cost due to the residents living there and bringing down the value of the property."
