"A very pleasant experience for me. It is a homestay and not a normal hotel. The owner is very courteous and the location is quite good for my purpose. Also, it's in a residential area and I get fresh air by opening the large windows in my room. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a homely feeling away from home. "The service was good initially. I booked JK Koradi by mistake and called to shift it to JK Nagpur. They were accommodating in that and told me that an additional 1000 per room would be charged as a cost difference between the two hotels. As long as the owner or his daughter was present. They seem to be efficient. Else, it's very poor. We booked two rooms. Both rooms didn't have remotes for TV and AC. I had to request towels as none were present. "The hotel was shut down because of renovations in progress and did not notify us in advance. We had no place to stay upon reaching Nagpur and were cabbing around for 2 hours for a decent place to stay.Nightmarish experience, charged us the full amount, unreachable contact info, untraceable and conflicting addresses listed on booking confirmation and receipt. Would never recommend to anyone. Safety first."
