Location is at the central of Mandalay, easy to move around. Hotel front desk helped transportation and trip plan. The cost is great and better than outside bargain price. Breakfast is also great. "The building is old. The shower was broken and the toilet seat is loose. The building is in desparate need of attention, but i guess with little to no tourists visitng the country, it makes it dificult to invest in repairs and updates.
