A basic hotel with good service

A small hotel with basic facilities and it looks very old fashioned. The front desk staff are very helpful in arranging local car and intercity bus tickets There is not much eateries nearby but you can find a lot of street foods and fruit stalls from the afternoon. There is also a Aeon Supermarket within few minutes walk. However, one bad thing is there are some loudspeakers in that area and they are playing loudly in the mid night and I can hear some of the noises inside the room.

ミャンマーで初めて泊まったホテルで過度の期待はしていませんでしたが、 スタッフの皆さんの対応がとてもよく、快適に三泊過ごしました。 日本のホスピタリティと同じかそれ以上、周辺の情報も含めて仕事だけでなく個人的会話もあり 日本に戻ってからもフェイスブックでやりとりしています。 日本語は無理ですが英語で問題なくやりとりできます。 値段以上に価値のあるホテルで、いつになるかは分かりませんが次回のマンダレーのホテルもここに決まりです。

Very confortable and perfect choose !!!

Perfect for us! Very new, clean, the staff is very friendly, and help a lot for every thing we needed! They ask for us the taxi to do the tours around to the site things, for honest prices!!! The Room, and bathroom and shower is very comfortable!! Also the location is perfect! We loved our stay !!! And if we come back to Mabdalay, we definitely stay here again !

Most of the staff could not be bothered to help figure out a list office or get a cab. the laundry service was nice and breakfast was good, but this place is too rough around the edges for the staff NOT to be friendly..

โรงแรม ส่งเมล์ มาถามล่วงหน้า ว่าจะไปถึง กี่โมง ปรากฏว่า พอไปถึง มีเจ้าหน้าที่รอต้อนรับ พร้อมบอกว่า แอร์เสีย หลายวัน แต่ก็ได้จอง โรงแรมอีกแห่งให้ ในเกรด เดียวกัน พร้อมมีรถรับส่งไปถึงที่ ผมหิวข้าวเพราะไปถึงหัวค่ำแล้ว ก็ยังอุตส่าห์ แวะไปส่งให้อีก ขนาดยังไม่ทันได้พัก ก็ดูแล ลูกค้า ดีทีเดียว

Nice stay

The staff here was very helpful. Amenities were good. Breakfast was okay but more for an Asian palette. There was construction but if you didn't see it, you wouldn't know. The room was really nice, but the AC was centralized, so it never got really cool. One TV channel had good movies in the room. We found several appetizing restaurants within five blocks in all price ranges. Overall, we were pleased and for the price, would definitely stay here again.

A good place to stay in Mandalay

It is a nice hotel at reasonable price. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely, a bit small but monern and very clean. The breakfast was amazing, it's buffet so you could have as much as you liked.
