"We wound up here after having a bad experience at another hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. They got us an early check in and late check out so that timing worked out for our 2yo to get a full nap. The wonderful lady at the front desk even went out of her way to get milk for me when my little guy was having a meltdown. Stay there. Their service alone is worth the money. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean as well."

"Always a Bonvoy fan, this Spark hotel was amazing! Great location right off the highway with plenty of shoppers and restaurants nearby. Hotel was exceptionally clean; staff greeted me welcoming me. Room was clean, locked on arrival, check in was a breeze. Bagel breakfast bar was more than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe not all Spark are like this but would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. Plenty of parking and only recommendation is if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to request an even numbered room between -02 and -10 on any floor as the highway is closer to the odd numbered rooms running -17 to -27. I was in an odd numbered room closer to the highway and although not noisy and I fell asleep easily enough, someone who struggles with noise might find it too much. But still had a fabulous nights sleep! Five stars! "
