"On arrival the first impression the hotel looks nice and check in went fine. What a shock we got when entering the room. The room was a twin room but more like a single room. The beds were pushed together like something you would get in a cheap Spanish room. The floor was filthy and the walls the same. After rearranging the beds with a struggle so we could have a bit of space we found the mattresses both covers in stains.as we were only there two nights we just got on with it. There is one thing for sure I will not be returning."

"Stayed for 2 nights, we were out from 6am to 8pm for the day on our return room hadn’t been cleaned. Rang reception and they brought clean towels. Really disappointed. Bed sheets were stained and not the standard I would expect for a Malmaison. Also rooms are tired and a bit grubby, bathroom needs refurbished, leaking sink tap, water just ran onto floor. However, location is fab but there are better hotels nearby."
