"Very expensive prices for the frozen food served in the bar. Shampoo and conditioner was empty in the room and needed refilling which is a very basic oversight"

"Stayed for 2 nights, we were out from 6am to 8pm for the day on our return room hadn’t been cleaned. Rang reception and they brought clean towels. Really disappointed. Bed sheets were stained and not the standard I would expect for a Malmaison. Also rooms are tired and a bit grubby, bathroom needs refurbished, leaking sink tap, water just ran onto floor. However, location is fab but there are better hotels nearby."

"The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was not clean at all. The bed and sheets were dirty, and the floor was clearly not cleaned properly. There were no basic amenities in the room not even simple hotel slippers, tissues, or a small bottle of water. I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even for one night."
