Radisson Blu Hotel Manchester, Airport
8/10 Good
"Handy to the airport, train station and shuttle to car hire village. Good first night for people coming off long haul flights before collection of hire cars.
Rooms clean and beds good"

TRIBE Manchester Airport
6/10 Okay
"Rooms are OK for 1 night before a flight but no more. Quite small rooms and if windows face inwards quite depressing. Bed comfortable but the pillows let them down as very uncomfortable. Also if you plan to eat in the hotel the drinks are very expensive as are the limited choice of food. They also add a service charge without asking and then leave the card reader open to add a gratuity. Bit rich for what is in fact a expensive fast food setup. There are a number of hotels within easy walk and it may be worth look at what food options they offer."

"Room was very small, felt very claustrophobic, however it suited our needs. We were only there for about 7 hours after a late flight to the airport."

Holiday Inn Express Manchester Airport by IHG
2/10 Terrible
"Multiple faults located in my room which photographic evidence has been obtained cleaning should have been much better than what I found the room in I had to be moved into another room on another level there was constant knocking and banging from fellow neighbours totally disgusting and disgraceful I will not be booking with you again "

Kimpton Clocktower by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The gentleman at the front desk, Patrick, was exceptionally helpful. They did their best to help me with my horrible experience with the hotels.com website. I was charged for a night I never wanted and hotels.com refused to refund me. To better understand, when hotels.com does not have availability for the date you want, their program automatically moves your desired date to a time in the future for a day when they do have availability. There is no specific message to let you know they are doing this and why. I will never use hotels.com again. Their on-line agent chat is a huge waste of time where you get routed to different "agents," and then have to explain each time, even after they claim they have read "the notes." I will be booking direct with the Clocktower in the future, or use a competitor."

"I had a twin room which was spacious and clean with a large sized TV. Minor downsides were not all the USB sockets worked, the air-conditioning was on the noisy side but didn't stop me sleeping and some stains on the carpet and a chair make it look dirty but it was in fact very clean."
