The hotel staff were all very nice and eager to help with any requests. The location was off the beaten track so it is a relatively quiet spot. We enjoyed the peace and quiet.
The place was very nice on the outside and the people were generally very nice as well but the fact that they missed lead you on if you need to pay for the service to bring you back to the airport and that there is no real bar itās there but itās not there then menu has five items on it and thatās every day the same thing they at the swimming pool is not clean in the rooms even though they look OK they are not OK donāt touch anything it might fall off the wall or it might break in the bathroom and it said you get a king size bed it was not it was a queen they do not understand English at all
The property is simply AMAZING!!!!! The staff here is impecable to say the least.Coming from a background of Hilton and Marriott grandeur. The staff will make your stay worth it.
From the airy corridors to the fresh mangos growing on the premises - you will catch the sun rise at 5am in the lookout. I want to personally thank those that helped me with my stay ad was patient enough to listen to my broken spanish.
Griselda- Hands down the best you could ask for
Kevin- Thank you for making the trip easier for me and addressing issues I had
Jason- Thanks for taking where I needed to go with no hesitation
Lucia- Thanks for making me laugh while cleaning the room and the premises (hardest workers on the grounds)
Beatrice- boss need more be said lol she was amazing in keeping it level
I have to apologize to the rest of you, but it is because I do not know your names. Food Prep was on point every morning and afternoon. So, you know who you are thank you for keeping me fed.
If you haven{t been to this GEM of a boutique hotel. This should be on every travelers list when visiting Managua
Residential area of Managua short drive to the Mal
Good hotel for the price. .nice area .staff pleasant would go there again.pool area could be better. Room small.lighting in room
Should be improved especially in the bathroom. Mirror too high for small person.magnifying mirror would be good for make up.
We slept at this place for one night but was surprised that the hotel is not located where it is shown on hotels.com. Google the location to se exactly where it is located, which is outside the city on the top of a mountain.
The shuttle was kind enough to wait two hours for me at the airport since my flight was delayed. The ride was smooth, as was check in. The staff was nice enough to do my laundry Because a bottle had spilled all over my clothes in transit. They also whipped me up a vegetarian soup and salad, all around midnight nonetheless. Everybody that works here was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend and definitely stay again.
All the staff was lovely. The airport shuttle was waiting for us on arrival and they have a beautiful van. The hotel is actually 16 ks from the airport, not 8 k.s as stated. So it's a 30 minute drive but consider it a free tour. It was great.
The beds and linens are so comfortable. It's a quiet area so we had a great sleep. Breakfast was also nicely prepared and the coffee was good.
This hotel has decent accommodations but lied about having a free airport shuttle. The room I reserved was also not available so I was placed in a smaller, worse room at the same price. The ārestaurantā was very limited and there is no bar. There is a bar area, but no actual bar per say. Donāt stay here. Wi-Fi was good and shower was hot but thatās all I can say with gusto.
Very clean and in a quiet area. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower! Took about half an hour from the airport during evening traffic, but leaving at 04:30 the next morning it was only about fifteen minutes. Hotel didn't respond to email correspondence regarding the airport pick up, but we were able to ring them.
Although we prepaid for our reservation via Cheaptickets, it took the staff approximately 30 minutes to check us. When we arrived, we waited 10 to 15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk although we noticed customers and staff at the bar/restaurant at the front of the building.
After checking in, we decided to order room service as a convience; we went directly to the front desk which was less than 20 feet from the room and placed the order, however, an attendant called to notify us that they didn't have one of the items that we ordered. We walked back to the desk to view the menu and change our order based on the call
Waiting in the room after nearly 50 minutes, a gentleman delivered 2 plates of items and said nothing to indicate any issues. Needless to say, one of the items was not as we ordered, however, we had no idea that the kitchen was going to close and DISREGARD the rest of the items on the order without saying anything. I've never experienced such terrible room service at any point in life. Imagine depending on bad room service when a trip to a restaurant would have been faster without leaving the family hungry while the room service kitchen closes without telling you they won't be delivering food for half of the family (2 of 4 people).
