You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...

"The room is very comfortable and clean. The staffs were helpful.After the online check-in was done. I needed to receive the boarding pass through the hotel e-mail. Suppose I needed to pay for it but they waived the charges. "

"Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare."

Breakfast could have been better- plates and glasses ran out quickly and while they were trying to refresh them during service, they were only bringing out 5 or 6 at a time. Not enough to fulfill the needs of all those people. "

"Reception staff have limited English and took almost an hour to check us in as they were unable to find our booking in the system despite presenting the Expedia booking confirmation to them. Bed sheets were stained and there is a club nearby which doesn’t stop making loud music so you don’t get any sleep "
