"Lovely room with beautiful view. Very helpful staff. Easy parking, just give then your keys! Nice breakfast with lots of options, however hot choices were always cold. Quiet building, very modern. In May, the pool was cold, but we went in anyway. Overall, lovely spot in Herceg Novi, right on promenade and a pleasant 10 minute walk to Old Town."

I asked to shorten my reservation to one night, but a male staff member told me no and said there was nothing he could do. Later that same day, I found more bugs on the bed and decided to check out a day early without a refund just to leave the hotel. At that point, another front desk employee suddenly offered to change my room. The second room was not much better, the door looked like it had been...
