"This property is very beautiful and has the most amazing view of the sea! The restaurants near the docks were delicious. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I am a solo traveler, so the kindness and hospitality were very appreciated. This location is off the water so you must use the ferry to travel to different parts of Montenegro, or be prepared for pricey taxis. The hotel is nestled into a mountain so there are a lot of stairs to climb (194 from top to bottom) in order to access...

Saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstück (viel unterschiedliches, gefüllte Kraut Taschen Mega), auch hier das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, schöner Pool. Only thing that could be improved was the bathroom in the hotel room - shower wasn’t great and temperature kept changing by itself. Apart from that the hotel is stunning and would definitely come back to stay again."

"The hotel is nice but not practical. Elevators are not available in some parts and many stairs. The stuff is not very friendly. You need to buy !! the towel to the pool. The rooms are nice, very basic and big. I reserved the rooms with elevator. A few days later they noified me that no more rooms with elevator....."

On check out I was charged an extra 20+ euros daily for "service charge" that was not included in the initial bill and this is also minus the extra govt charges I had to pay. I was also told that I would not be getting my points towards the stay as I booked through expedia! Needless to say Hyatt will not be my first go to hotel moving forward!"
