"We had such a wonderful time here, and the property was breathtaking. The room was spotless, the grounds were beautiful and staff were so sweet and helpful. The property was embedded in shops and restaurants which meant we had everything we needed at our fingertips and we found it very kid friendly. "I would love to give them 5 stars but there were a few misses that the hotel needs to fix. We were traveling for a 2 night stay. Check-in was fine and it was quick. This review is mainly for the hotel room, not the condos or cabins. Our room was a 2 bed, which was clean. 1. There is a phone in the room that was not connected to a line so we cannot call the front desk. 2. The TV does not work. "The floors were warped in many areas and covered with through rugs making it an unstable and unsafe area for our disabled and visually impaired son to maneuver. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. When I was sent my check in info it didn’t include a unit number only a building name. It took about 15 minutes to get ahold of someone to find out where to go. Our refrigerator was hot and freezer was cold. "NO AC! Staff was never really there. The building is extremely old but in a really good location, absolutely gorgeous."

"We were provided a room right away when we checked in however, when we opened the door it was immediately seen that the room had not been cleaned and the beds were unmade. We then went to the front desk where he apologized and gave us a new room. When we went into that room, it was turned over however, the comforters were stained with what looked like blood, there was trash in the nightstand drawers, footprints on the wood headboards, yellow stained towels along with just an overall dirty feel....

"When traveling into Mammoth and to the resort, be aware it is very dark driving at night. We had a late check-in and Joy was so helpful upon our arrival at the front desk. As she had warned us, there is no A/C but heavy duty room fans/portable ACs are available to turn it on once you get in the room. The accommodations are a bit dated, but I guess appropriate for the mountain appeal. Next time, we hope to enjoy the property and Mammoth longer rather than just passing through to sleep."

"Place needs fixer upper, we stood for 1 night with kids and room didn’t seem clean. Beds were not very comfortable. I guess it could be good for single person/ couple but for a family traveling not so great."
