"We had such a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Durrës and genuinely couldn’t fault the service from the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, but a special thank you has to go to Hergi at reception and Ankur, the restaurant manager. "This hotel is on a quieter location in golem, although this means it’s also very close to the motorway. My room faced the motorway and if I had my balcony door open it was loud however once the door was closed the noise disappeared. The room was extremely comfortable and did look like the photos on Expedia. The hotel also had a small pool and around 5 sun loungers. "The airport is extremely close to the airport. It’s barely a three (3) minute walk from the arrival terminal to the reception of the hotel. No need to take taxi/cab, just take left when come out of the terminal. The property is certainly Best Western, an American chain of the hotels. "It was a great stay at relax inn. My friends and I enjoyed the experience. The staff were extremely friendly and the environment was really nice. The only challenge we had was that one of the rooms (Room 101 to be precise) had a constant smell in the parlour which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than this, it was really an amazing stay."
