Family overnight Stay

We stayed in a family room with 2 kids. The location is amazing. Host is super friendly and accommodating. The new owners are renovating but the room we stayed in, had not gotten the upgrade yet. Having only a bath tub in a family room was not convenient. It was bitterly cold when we stayed there and rooms do not have heating or air-conditioning. Only main bed had electric blankets, so kids had to layer on some warm clothes for the night. Dinner and breakfast was of an acceptable standard. Cutlery is in need of a refresh. We didnt like the pink liquid soap in bathroom as it gives one the feeling of a public toilet facility. The host warmt and friendliness made up for any shortfalls and it is evident that upgrades are in progress.

Family on our way to Natal for December holidays. We booked 3 rooms. Only problem was we got wifi pins but still didnt help. No cellphone signal the whole time. We had to check in on a daily basis with the person taking care of our pets at home and could not even text or call.
