"The hotel was exactly what is needed for a pre-flight overnight from Malpensa. It truly is only a few minutes from terminal one, and their shuttle service was very efficient and fast. We dropped off our rental car the evening before our morning flight and they were at the curb to take us back to the hotel within minutes. The rooms are high ceilinged and spacious, with functional amenities. The dining room stays open till 10 PM but you do need reservations and it does get full. The staff was unenthusiastic and the food is mediocre, but far better than the usual airport options. It would help the atmosphere if they changed out the very harsh, overly bright wall lighting, as it is structurally a nice, classic space."
