"We stayed at the Presidential suite which is huge. We loved the walkable location. Kisumu is a very clean city. The cleanest I have been to in Kenya and a role model for what Nairobi could be. The hotel is well located.. with great views of the Lake and close to the airport."

"Despite my calling them multiple times, they had no records of the reservation. I had to provide them with the confirmation email when they demanded payment upon checking out. There is no door or partition to the toilet. There is no privacy to the room as the front door is partially made of see-through ..."
