Gut, mit kleinen Abstrichen

Zweck der Übernachtung war, eine allzu frühe Anfahrt in den Raum Malchin zu vermeiden, so dass das Hotel Marcus den Zweck hatte, eine verhältnismäßig günstige Nacht in der Gegend verbringen zu können. Für diesen Zweck ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet, ich habe mich immer wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war gut, das Personal nett. Das Einzige, was etwas störte, war, dass das Zimmer keine Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung der Fenster bot, so dass es nachts relativ hell im Zimmer war. Hier wären Innenrollos durchaus eine gute Investition.

Sehr einfaches 2 Sterne Hotel mit alter Einrichtung, teils nicht im besten Zustand. Für wenige Übernachtungen zu dem Preis aber fast unschlagbar günstig. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Chefs und Angestellten. Sehr zuvorkommend bei späterem Check-In an einem Sonntag.

Mein schlechtester Hotelaufenthalt

Beim Checkin um 16.30 wurde ich angezählt, dass bis 17Uhr Mittagspause sei. Woher soll man das wissen. Sehr ungewöhnlich für ein Hotel. Weiter ging’s damit, das dass Zimmer stark roch und sehr Kalt war. Es hat nach öffnen der Heizung sehr lange gedauert bus es warm wurde. Außerdem waren Löcher in der Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren grau. Insgesamt auch sehr abgewohnt. Ich komme nicht wieder.

Der Empfang war herzlich, im Zimmer hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Das Abendessen war super lecker, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und auch kinderlieb. Das Frühstück war toll und es wurde auf Wünsche eingegangen. Sowohl das ein als auch das auschecken war schnell und problemlos. Gerne wieder.

Eine gute Unterkunft für 1-2 Übernachtungen. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr bemüht. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist sauber und in Ordnung.

Nie wieder!

Check- In Zeiten werden nicht eingehalten, bei Anruf auf der hinterlegten Handynummer, gibt es die Antwort, hast du halt Pech! Und einfach aufgelegt! Verdrecktes Zimmer, Fremde Haare im Bad und Bett, sehr altbacken eingerichtet.

Die Bestätigung gab andere Einrichtungen an als das Zimmer. Um Zeitpunkt der Buchung erhalten hatte Privates Badezimmer, Schreibtisch, 80 cm Fernseher, Zimmer 24 Quadratmeter.... nach unserem Kollege war das Zimmer viel kleiner es gab kein Badezimmer und die Einrichtungen waren nicht wie beschrieben. Aber das Personal war sehr sehr nett.

Booked a room with a shower, was offered one in the basement. Wifi didn’t reach my room. Room was dirty, bed very uncomfortable. The hotel staff are uncaring, the management worse. This place is so cheap, you don’t even get what you pay for, bet you notice the old cooking oil stench on the reception. This is my first ever feedback, it was that bad.

Gemessen an den 2 Sternen wirklich gut. Zimmer/Bad sauber, auch Bettwäsche war sauber und frisch. Kopfkissen könnten ein wenig mehr Volumen haben 😀 Ausstattung ausreichend. Frühstück war wesentlich besser als erwartet. Große Auswahl, frische Brötchen, gute Qualität.
