"I have been at other Henans before…same excellent service, commendable staff. Food is great. Beach access is superb. Comfortable bed, clean linens, well sanitized bathroom. For buffet areas, please find a better spot to access your plates. This is a beachside hotel, sweeping the floor to maintain floor cleanliness, customers walking around during buffet times and seeing plates close to the floor is not a very good site. Sand and floor dust can get to the plates since stonewares are located close to the floor. No other issues noted so far except for that. It is about the only thing your staff have control over since any customer can manage to contaminate food at any given time. On a good note, thank you for making our stay and vacay experience great!! Keep it up!"

"The staff at the hotel are amazing. They are second to none. Our room was great and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job daily. The white sand beach was awesome as well. The only issues we had were getting a frozen drink served at the pool bar took a long time. Also one other issue, the TV in the room has very selective programming which is not a good thing on rainy days. However, all in all the Chancellor Hotel is a great place to stay. I can’t say enough good things about the staff."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning wasn’t as cold as we would have liked. I hope this receives some attention, as a cooler room would make the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable for guests. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again."
