"Clean, friendly and great location"

"The place had a great location right on the beach and it it clean. We found the bed to be really comfortable. We liked that they tried to be eco-friendly by providing filtered water on each level so there wasn't any need to buy bottled water. The room wasn't bad but it is tired, dated, and needs a refresh. They provided shampoo and conditioner but no body wash. The bar soap that was provided didn't really lather either. There was mold on the silicone seals around the shower area and the shower...

"I Love all the food at the breakfast buffet and the staff they go above and beyond specially Lemuel our server/waiter. Our room was always clean and tidy because of our room attendants Lowella,Jude and Peter. When we checked out yesterday JED from concierge dept was very helpful he made sure we are still relax and comfortable waiting he even help us on the check our process and all the luggages were all taken care off... This is our second time in Boracay and we always choose to stay at Henann...
