"Nice little place to stay. Lots of stairs to the top but kind of nice to work off all the calories lol. Aircon was nice and cold. Owner was super nice and even let us check out late for no extra charge as there was no one reserved for that room that evening. The view from the rooftop terrace is hard to beat. I would totally stay here again!"

"Arrived Boracay, off-season July, with no reservations at all. Sat on a wall with my tablet for over 2 hours, studying my options on Expedia, to try to make decision, evaluating all properties from their characteristics/reviews. My gut led me to choose this one; price was excellent around USD $30, it was at the upscale north end of White Beach (nr. station 1) and was ACTUALLY BEACHFRONT. I was not disappointed. It's not a luxury property but the location on Boracay, at the quieter, classier...
