"Location is not bad but always need transport to get to the station even though it was 15 mins walking distance. especially it's very dark at the night time when coming back from station so 150 peso always have spent for tricycle. Location and room are not bad, better if you like quite place with your partner. It's not hotel so don't expect services. Overall I'll say 8 our of 10 I'm satisfied with my staying."
