We booked 3 rooms and stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Everything was great: hotel was clean, staffs were great, beautiful decoration, cool koi pond, and the breakfast itself, with so many options, made us didn"t want to leave this place😄. This hotel is located in one of the best areas in Malang. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I'm in town.

Personalet og morgemmaden trækker ned

Det absolut fineste hotel på min rejse på Java. Værelset tip top rent og alt var fint. Haven, indgangsparti og pool området er meget smuk. Ved ankomst morer de 3 personaler sig i receptionen sig, hvilket er ok men de bør holde op når der kommer gæster. Den gratis morgenmad var den dårligste på min tur. Et studie i forskellige fluer. Bordene blev ikke aftørret og så sågar 3 personaler passere en død fugl på gulvet uden at reagere på dette. Der var 3-4 personaler under morgenmaden som bare stod og talte med hinanden( var ikke obs på gæsters behov)

Love the architecture, this hotel has a complete facilities, such as great size swimming pool, spa, what I love the most is Jacuzzi and sauna. This hotel offers savory breakfast buffet that has variety of authentic Javanese cuisines. Also, this hotel has met international standard as every staff able to communicate in English.

The area is very excellent everywhere from reception, to staff, and to the rooms. The only thing you can have a look out is some areas can be cleaned from dust in the rooms by lamps and shelves. Everything else I am very happy about the stay in this hotel.

Slight smell of smoke in non smoking room. No remote TV when I came in. After receiving remote found that TV was not good, many dead spots on screen. The most I like is the bed linen and pillows quality, one of the best I've been at this price level

Great holiday exp with family

Great experience staying there. Room is clean and hotel guy is helpful and give their best services. Room also provided with clean mukena wrapped with plastic which not found such kind of this in my hotel experience. Keep up this good work bro ... thanks

This large hotel in Malang stands out as a nice place for respite in an otherwise crowded and traffic jam packed city. The rooms and hotel are very nice with a pool, spa and sauna, and the restaurant has great breakfasts but staff is slow to restock

Lage nicht optimal, da in neuem Wohngebiet.

Das Hotel ist auf westeuropäische Gäste nicht eingestellt. Es ist ein Tagungshotel für Muslime und asiatische Besuchergruppen, was man am Speisenangebot beim Frühstück sehr merkt. Gegen 3.00 Uhr wird man durch den Muezzim und den hoteleigenen Hahn geweckt. Service etc emtsprechen nicht dem europäischen Standart, dass war in allen anderen Hotels auf Java anders.
