The hotel is ok, room condition is nice, location is good and the bed is quite comfort but the service from the front line persons (receptionist, door man) is very bad...they don't great us when we touch down at the lobby, they did not give us welcome drink which is one of their duty. Also the person who incharge for cleaness of the pool in the morning did not care of the quest's need like a towel. That was too bad

Class service and stay

We have always been comfortable n confident with Harris. It was a relaxing stay. Love the architecure. Love the pool. Even if the malls are a lil off but there is still shuttle service. Hopenu can accommodate more in the shuttle. Breakfast was good too. As always freindly staff.

Need more maintenance on the room

The hotel have nice service, good and polite staff. The location is little bit further from Malang city, so if you go around Malang city area you might want to consider other hotel. The room condition need more maintenance and neatness, but it has nice swimming pool and the hotel is perfect for family of small kids. Overall, the hotel is fine.
