Great resort for kids. Indoor pool was fun and lots of outdoor and indoor entertainment. We had lots of fun! Clean and good service. Wish check out was not 10am but a bit later but other than that i definitely recommend the hotel!

Leider konnte das Personal kein Englisch. Das Abend Büfett stellte sich als Essensausgabe heraus. Bei welchem das immer gleiche Essen lieblos vom Koch auf den Teller geschmissen wurde. Es gab keinerlei Rohkost, sondern nur Tütensalat, welcher in einem schlechten Zustand war. Die Auswahl und Qualität der Desert einfach nur mangelhaft. Auch war es nicht möglich einen Wein zum Essen zu bestellen. Getränke gab es generell nur aus dem Automaten und Bier konnte man nur mit einer tschechischen Kreditkarte zapfen. Wobei selbst dies dann ein Dreiviertel Glas Schaum und der Rest Bier war. Im Wellness bzw Sauna Bereich waren keinerlei Handtücher verfügbar. Im Zimmer funktioniert der Tresor nicht. Die Minibar war leer und die Reinigung funktionierte erst nach Aufforderung. Auch dann nur notdürftige. Unser Fazit: So einen schlechten Hotelaufenthalt hatten wir noch nie.

Hotel je na úrovni 2**, pokoj comfort děs, koupelna metr na metr, není se ani pořádně jak utrit, záchod asi z minulého století, čistota nic moc, pokojská se ani nenamahala záchod za 4 dny umýt a doplnit toaletní papír, o koupelně ani nemluvím, pro nás velké zklamání, za tu cenu jsme čekali lepší sluzby
