"The rooms were HUGE, and staff excellent. Be aware, this old building does not have an elevator. My family friend, 79 years old, had a difficult time with the stairs. It was my fault not catching this, but other than that, The Irish Clock is a gem. I don't drink alcohol when in TH, but my friend does, so the bar downstairs was great. We ate at the restaurant twice and both times were spot on! I had the fish and chips both times, and couldn't finish my plate. Internet worked well, air con was flawless, and the room my friend had (with balcony overlooking the street) provided a large work area for his laptop."

"We booked 4 rooms they only allowed three rooms because on of the room was for travel monk. We wanted to canceled all of 4 rooms but they wouldn’t let us do that at the end the monk had to look for the place to stay by himself. The charge was paid with cc they also would not refund back to the cc. "

"This is actually a really nice and quiet hotel on the main road. The receptionist is very helpful and always available. The rooms are light and airy, with balcony. Bed is comfortable with crispy clean sheets and hot water in the shower. "
