"A spectacular stay in the perfect spot. Everything was impeccably clean, the atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant, and the rooms are very comfortable. But what truly made the difference was the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff. They made us feel welcome at all times and turned the experience into something magical and special. We would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Madrid. Highly recommended!"

"Great hotel. Loved the room with a great view of the Gran Via, the staff and the location. Only issue we had was our room was right next to the elevator and we heard the elevator going up and down at all times. Rarely was there much time the elevator wasn’t making noise. Didn’t complain because they were nice enough to give us the room very early in the day. Other than that loved the hotel and would stay again. I would just request not being near the elevator. "

"Excellent location in the city center with easy access to public transportation. Room was clean, nice and spacious. Hair dryer sucked, something to be improved. The view from the 360 restaurant and bar on the 27th floor was stunning."

"Beautiful property, excellent room and location. The hot tub was closed for the season, but would have been wonderful to use I the 50-60 deg F weather, especially at night. Free use of a car for a day and shuttle throughout Madrid was a terrific amenity. Breakfast was wonderful, but the dinner food was a disappointment for some of our party. The staff was most friendly and accommodating. "

"Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too."
