"Fun vibe at this hotel. Just outside of Paris boundary so keep that in mind when booking, taxi a bit more expensive from airport . 10 min walk to metro. Can see Eiffel Tower in distance from breakfast and also from our room. Room was smaller but good for the one night we had in Paris . Breakfast very good. Many options hot and cold. Friendly staff ."

"From the moment we arrived we loved it. The doorman was extremely kind and the lovely young lady at check in was so helpful and pleasant. I believe her name is Sabine… but I could be wrong. They set up the sofa bed for our toddler without us even asking. It was such a nice surprise. The view was spectacular! Waking up to Eiffel Tower views was amazing… having coffee on the balcony was even better."

"Nice small hotel just outside city centre, very close to metro and busses. good breakfast enough to keep you moving. Small room enough for short stay. If we back to Paris we will choose same hotel again"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Villa Modigliani in Paris and couldn’t fault a thing. The breakfast was excellent each morning, with plenty of choice and fresh options. The staff were lovely—welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and the peaceful courtyard was a real highlight after a day of sightseeing. The location is fantastic, with lots of great restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to several major landmarks, and for anything further away, Bus 82 was easy to catch and took us straight to many of the city’s most visited sights. A charming, comfortable hotel in a brilliant location—highly recommended."

"Location was excellent. Check in was easy. The room was basic and without a safe though there was a lockable box in the room, you need your own lock. The bed was firm to the point of being hard and the pillows were too small and gave zero support. The tv had no built in channels that we could see, the only access was via streaming from your own device, an app is available to aid this. If you are looking for reasonably priced well located accommodation this does the job."
