The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. The only thing I missed was a proper reading lamp by the bed - the bedside tube lights are not suitable for reading a book (I mean an actual book, not an electronic device).

A nice modern hotel not too far from the centre of Paris about 20 mins on the metro from the main tourist attractions. Hotel in Paris are usually quite small but the room was a decent size quite spacious enough room for 2 people. I would definitely stay here again.

Good- Very clean, coffee machine, comfy bed, very close to metro. Bad- Some of the staff not very polite, got given a twin room when I'd paid for a double (just because I'm travelling solo doesn't mean I should have to sleep in a small bed!), temperature of the water- really don''t know why there's a bath, the water is lukewarm so by the time a bath is run, the water is almost cold, had to have a shower so there was a constant flow of water that didn't go cold

In this stay, the refrigerator didn’t work in my room. I complained this, but it's a shame that it wasn't repaired finally. But the breakfast buffet is super. All staff is also very friendly and kind. Overall I am satisfied with this stay.

Excellent location and public transportation. Great staff always taking care of the customers. The hotel rooms need to be updated, they are in really bad condition. The room was liking water from the air conditioner and the floor was wet. Really bad room condition.

This is a very interesting hotel. Really a Boutique Hotel. The staff are awesome and extremely helpful. The room was a good size. We would have given higher marks if the room was not so dusty. we typically wipe down surfaces with sanitary wipes to protect against Covid and flu. When we did, the wipe quickly turned grey from the layer of dust on many surfaces, such as counter tops and bedside night stands. Nonetheless, we would recommend this hotel to friends and if we are able to return to Paris, would certainly consider staying there again.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we would be back! What a wonderful staff, dining area, lobby, open areas and rooms. Everything was so clean and accessible. The beds and comforters were so comfortable and clean. Bathroom was actually really fun to use, we loved the rain shower head and ease of use to switch between three modes. Smoke closet space, nice sized tv and good space in the room. Very close to all transport options allowed us to get anywhere within 30 minutes. The area around is more residential and quiet and semi clean. Can't blame the hotel for Paris' homeless bum drug addicts. It steams me to see grown men begging out front. They can simply get a job. Maybe door security might enhance feeling safe at night considering the door is locked and these people really do "bum" rush you for money or smokes. Other than that this location was amazing. Keep up the Star service and superior attitude! Your hotel was amazing!

We strongly recommend this hotel. It is very clean, and conveniently located near many great restaurants and the Metro station. The staff specially Amman & Ahcene are so warm, welcoming, and helpful! Also, we used the breakfast buffet which was great!
