"Got locked out of room because the battery in the lock went dead. Three trips to front desk until maintenance showed up. Staff brought my wife a chair to sit in until maintenance showed up. People vaping marijuana on balconies was strong. Pool was dirty on rooftop and observed seagulls pooping in pool."

"The room was very clean and parking was very convenient. The restaurant was good but there were no posted signs about there working hours and with the menus in the rooms you would think it is visible somewhere; you must ask. The television really needs to improve. Not everyone visits to stay at the beach all day or the boardwalk. Some travel to get away and just relax. The television couldn't keep the picture and you lose internet connection often, I guess that's how it is set up. All in all it's a great place to stay and I would again."

"Nice hotel for a quick father son get away, the weather was crappy but there was an indoor pool which was a plus. Also they have 2 restaurants and an ice cream shop connected to the hotel. I’d stay here again. The only con was the fun things to do on the boardwalk are on the other end of the board walk so that could be a bit of a walk"

"Everything Was A1 From The Arrival To Departure!!! Ms/Mrs Porsha At The Front Desk Was Very Attentive,Informative & Knowledgeable Of The Area Of Ocean City!!! The Room A/C Was Good & Cold & I Slept Like A Baby! The Breakfast Was Good & Hot Even With Me Arriving 10 Minutes Before Closing. The Room Was Clean & Comfortable The Entire Stay! All Amenities Were Working Properly & Fun! Thanks For A Exciting & Clean Stay."

"The property is a little bit dated and the room was on the smaller side, but the location and friendly staff made up for that. We just wanted an affordable room for our stay which is what we found at Plim Plaza. It is a great location on the boardwalk and parking wasn't an issue. For parking, they have unloading area and a small lot right at the hotel that fills up, but they have another large parking lot about a block away which always had spots available. The hotel pool was really nice. There were plenty of lounge chairs and a waitress came around to take drink orders. Also you can walk right out of the hotel onto the boardwalk or onto the beach. All in all, we really enjoyed our time staying here at Ocean City."

"Great location!! Pleasant staff! Check in was super easy and our room was close to elevator as requested. The bed was really hard like a wood box not comfortable for a good night sleep after spending all day at the beach. We noticed the room lighting was very dim. Please insert some led lightning near bed or television. Also clean your shower heads and remove water stains from around bathing facility. Water pressure low coming out shower head. As a building inspector this room would’ve been in violation in my jurisdiction. Thanks for securing all entrances and exits we felt safe and will stay again next time"
