this place is nice, helpful staff,what I didn't like was the free breakfast,walked in a staff member was standing there watching us the whole time,I got up to get another item and the staff member told me only one item,should have had that posted,didn't like having someone watch me eat

Not a bad room. Ended up spending more time than planned in the room due to weather cancelling our event. Plenty of hot water, beds seemed cleaned. Tv isnt great its small. Floors were dirty. Breakfast was a microwavable egg sandwich or a box of cereal. For what we needed it was fine.

I love this place. The rooms might be small, but they are clean. The pool is well maintained. But maybe most importantly, it feels like a campground; basketball court, volleyball court, park benches, grills, and even a place where you could drop in a kayak. And the views from the dock at sunset are spectacular. All for a very reasonable price. If you want to get away from the noise and the crowds of downtown Ocean City, this place is for you.

Had the vibes of camping, while being 10 minutes from the beach. Wasn't too packed during our stay, and we liked the privacy. Got great use out of the grills by the water and the firepit as well. Would highly recommend. We will be back!

This property is like staying in a private waterfront park. Incredibly nice setting with playground facilities and riverfront lounge area. The rooms are equally impressive - excellent use of a smallish space. Everything in the room looked brand new and practically unused. And to top it off - free breakfast! This is an astounding value for the money. Highly recommended!
