Family of 4 - Stayed one night in Grand Japanese room. Our teens slept on the tatami mats they provided. Not as nice as other Monday we stayed at but fine overall. It’s in Ginza but not near all the things you want to walk to and see. Used taxis every time we went somewhere.

Great staff that was friendly and very helpful. Great location, just minutes away from the popular Shinjuku shops, restaurants, and arcades. The only downside was the bathroom smelled like mold and there was mold on the walls in the bathroom. It was a short stay and we told the staff, so hopefully they address it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained throughout. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything I needed. The laundry machine was fast and reliable. Overall, a comfortable and well-run hotel I'd happily recommend.

"Great hotel if you are going to Disneyland or Disneysea. Train will take you straight to parks and free shuttle will take you to different parts of the area if you want to grab a bite to eat outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend for families visiting the parks."
