Location was not ready when we arrives and claimed it was because we had selected to 'Pay at property'.. We arrived after a long day working and travelling so I asked the phone contact from the property to cancel as He wouldnt be ready for us for 'A few hours'. I was still charged by hotels.com I Use hotels.com once or twice a week usually for work and this was one of the worst experiences.

Deposit not refunded as promised

This acommodation had no reviews, but we (wrongly) gave it the benefit of the doubt. The flat itself was fine, but we were informed on the day of our stay that the location had been changed and that we were staying elsewhere, in a less convenient/central location than expected. Communication was bad and the only contact number provided was premium rate. After a one night stay leaving the flat as it was found, we were told our substantial deposit had been refunded but the money was never sent. After weeks of chasing this company on their chargeable number, we had no choice but to take the issue up with the credit card company who eventually refunded us. Being ignored and brushed off by the company was very unprofessional and frustrating. I strongly advise anyone to think twice about agreeing to pay a deposit to The Rhinos. If it were not for the credit card chargeback scheme, we would not have received the deposit back.

lejlighed i Maid Stone i meget dårlig stand.

Vi havde bestilt Rhino1 i Maidstone, Da vi ringede for at aftale tjek ind - 1 time før ankomst, som vi var blevet bedt om. Fik vi tilsendt en anden adresse for vores ophold. Det viste sig at være en lejlighed i meget dårlig stand. Huller i vægene, skjolde på vægene, ikke ordentlig rengjort. Vores ophold var på 3 overnatninger og vi fik en godt gørelse på hele 400 kr.
