"Was a cool hotel, very nice looking. However our room was a bit run down, the toilet didn't want to flush unless you repeatedly pushed the handle a lot, the sink sprayed water at you unless using a trickle of water. A lot of the carpets in and around the room was stained. But it was good for a quick one night close stay to plans. Staff were very kind."

"Lovely hotel, modern throughout, and incredibly comfortable beds. Super convenient location very close to Gatwick Airport. We received a discount voucher upon check-in for food and drink, which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking out was a breeze."

"Arrived off our flight early hours like 2 am and we were in our hotel room by 3 am. We were given the same room as we had before our flight out so again a nice huge comfy bed etc etc. my only moan is that breakfast everything was overcooked and we had to ask for clean cutlery as all cutlery pods were empty. Not a lot of choice so we left the only decent thing was the baked beans.. when we stayed in September the breakfast was awesome which was a big thing that made us re book for this trip....

"perfect location for an early flight"

"Convenient"

"Absolute find. Free tea and coffee. Comfy beds. Great fun experience for an 11 year old on the eve of an early start holiday and was cheaper than a cab and avoided quite such an early start. I love airports anyway - they give me a buzz - and this is like slipping down a rabbit hole out of it into a secret bunker. Well worth it."

"Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Breakfast was fantastic easy parking, and great facilities with comfortable rooms and good WIFI, would return in the future"

"We would stay again"

"Nice and peaceful"

"Clean room"

"This is a gem we intend to return too having only booked one night we did not get to use the pool etc. The staff were incredibly friendly, both receptionist and especially at breakfast Yes as people have said you are on a golf course and it feels a bit intrusive overlooking the putting green but thats why there are curtains 🙂 Thank you for such a pleasant stay"

"The staff was the worst I’ve experienced in my month of traveling England. They weren’t friendly or helpful and made me feel like it was a burden staying there. And I stayed 3 nights. And there’s absolutely nothing close by where you can eat. The cook was the only pleasant person. The place has absolutely no warmth to it."
