"I spent one night at Hotel Warmbaderh. It was absolutely lovely. The hotel arranged for my pickup/dropoff at the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful.The room and facilities were clean. The dinner and breakfast were delicious! I used the spa at the hotel as well as the included spa services at Terme Karnten. "The place is amazing, family facilities. Kids pool, play area, lake swim, playground restaurant, washing facilities. We didnt know the concept before we go. Renting boats and bikes around, amazing family holiday. The ONLY thing is they had a wedding party on Saturday we stayed until 2am, in the restaurant, which was next to where we stayed and it was impossible to sleep! And they didnt even warn us or tell anything beforehand. "

"The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. We were lucky enough to walk down to the dock and the boat was thankfully still running. BUT if the boat had not been we would've had...

"Eine sehr schöne und renovierte Pension. Das Personal war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr schön. Auch das Bad war sehr neu und qualitativ auf hohem Niveau. Beim Frühstück ist die Auswahl eher gering und bei größeren Andrang schnell aus. Es wird aber in wenigen Minuten nachgeliefert. Ich denke dass sich das auch nach der Neueröffnung etwas einspielen muss. Preis/Leistung definitiv ausgezeichnet. Gerne wieder für einen Kurztrip."
