"When booking my delux room, I had checked the room amenities and see that the room had a bath tub, this was my reason for booking. When I arrived the staff were super helpful and went the extra mile upon discovering there was no bath tub in the room. They relocated me into a beautiful room with a bath. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked an extra night."

"Great location easy walking distance to everything in Orewa. Good secure parking. Only slight downside was the sea view from the room was only visible if you viewed in front of one window at a particular angle"

"We stayed here as part of a larger group. Simon is fantastic with communication and accommodating to our needs. We were able to organise a buffet dinner for our large group which was delicious. The resort itself is a bit dated but suited our needs having family, couples and single rooms available with everyone having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This was our second time staying as a large group."

I had arrived later evening, (about 8pm) got showen to my room. But couldn't find somone to address this. But as far as price for a clean room overnight, would recommend 100%"

"Nice friendly staff, however the cleanliness of the property was not good. The first room I was given had a large stain on the carpet. The carpets in the hallways are also covered in stains. They really need to replace the carpets. Parking was always available and the location was good, very central to the lower North Shire which I needed."
