Das Personal war nicht wirklich freundlich und engagiert. Als Freunde am Abend zum Feierabend der Rezeption Probleme beim Online Check in hatten kam keine Hilfe und es wurde einfach Feierabend gemacht. Man hat auch nicht wirklich ein gutes Gefühl wenn niemand im Hotel am Abend verfügbar ist. Das ist eigentlich ein NO GO. Nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Auch zu den Öffnungszeiten war die Dame mehr im Backoffice und am Handy beschäftigt als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Der Rest war aber OK. Hotel fast neu und sehr sauber. Bett top und die Lage auch gut. Ein Witz sind die Kosten für den PKW Stellplatz vor dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist in einem Gewerbegebiet und daher sollten die Parkplätze inkl. sein. Trotzdem ein guter Tipp für den Besuch im Europapark.

Easy stay with clean rooms close to the highway. However, it is located in an industrial park with limited amenities without a car. They have recently changed their parking policy to €6 per day which should be included with the room as there is no way you can get there without a car given its location (we only booked there for free parking, before this new policy came in, so it was an unwelcome surprise). Reception staff dull and would rather be elsewhere. Would not stay again.

Voordelig en op handige afstand van Europa-Park. Gratis en gemakkelijk parkeren voor de deur. 24u check-in: balie of automaat. Ontbijt was vrij duur voor het daadwerkelijke aanbod. Kamer is prima.

Check-in war dankenswerterweise etwas früher möglich, riesiger Parkplatz vor dem Haus, leider kostenpflichtig. Recht kleines Zimmer, aber für 2 Nächte zu dritt absolut ausreichend. Leider blies die Klimaanlage nur warme Luft (obwohl auf Kühlung eingestellt) und brummte dann auch abgeschaltet die Nacht über durch. Auf unsere Reklamation hierzu sollte die Klimaanlage repariert werden, doch auch in der zweiten Nacht war das nervige Geräusch da... Gutes, solides Frühstück, nettes Personal. Zwei der drei Betten quietschen ziemlich, waren aber bequem. Für unsere Zwecke passende Unterkunft - nicht jedoch für einen längeren Urlaub.

Agréablement surpris. Les chambres étaient super propres bien équipées le personnel super agréable que ça soit le matin ou le soir le petit déjeuner super différents choix. Der Aufenthalt war ganz ok. War auf Durchreise. Parkplatz kostet 6 Euro vor dem Hotel man kann aber au h ausserhalb parken. Das Frühstücksbuffet durchschnittlich aber was man zum Start braucvt ist vorhanden. Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sauber und groß. Kann es empfehlen wenn man auf durchreise ist und der Europapark ist auch nur paar km entfernt

Das Hotel ist einem guten Zustand. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hat der Beschreibung entsprochen. Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet und fast unmittelbar am der Autobahn. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man allerdings keinen Verkehr mehr. Außer ein paar Tankstellen (sehr teuer!) gibt es fußläufig keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Burgerking beim Eurohotel ist ggf. einen Option (andere Seite - üner die Autobahn). Der Bahnhof ist etwa 15 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Ein alter Bahnhof mit minimaler Ausstattung. Insgesamt ist die Aufenthaltsqualität um das Hotel als schlecht einzuwerten. Wer den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, für den ist es eine Überlegung Wert.

The hotel was perfectly fine for the price—no problems at all. The staff were wonderful, especially the very kind gentleman working on Monday morning. My only issue is the location; it’s pretty secluded, and getting to and from Europa-Park was inconvenient. The breakfast was nothing special but totally acceptable. Overall, a good stay for what you pay, but I’d personally prefer to stay somewhere closer to the park next time.

Bei Ankunft war zwar das Bett frisch bezogen und frische Handtücher waren da, allerdings wurde das Zimmer offensichtlich nicht mal gesaugt oder geputzt/abgestaubt worden. Das Bad war nicht geputzt und es roch im Zimmer und Badezimmer unangenehm. Rezeption gab uns die Auskunft, dass ein anderes Zimmer nicht verfügbar sei. Frühstück war zwar sehr minimal, aber ausreichend (Brötchen, etwas Wurst und Käse, Marmelade, Müsli und Joghurt). Insgesamt kein angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Europapark Urlaub uns nach einem anderen Hotel umschauen.
