Stay was very comfortable. Since property was fully booked, we could not get our connecting room nor able to enjoy hotel facilities.
Room to improve: Food & Beverage services. The restaurant was packed for restaurant and it wasnt easy for both guests and staff members to move around which led to chaos.
Location was perfect and safe to stay.

Love staying at this hotel although I only had 1 night this time around my stay was fabulous.
I had an early morning flight and arrived in Mumbai at 10am the hotel were amazing and accommodated to have my rooms ready for when we arrived around at 10:45am.
Food at the hotel was amazing as usual and we also managed to enjoy the sun set with a few drinks before dinner at the Italian restaurant at the hotel.
The staff couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was anything but amazing.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay on Marine Drive.
