"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful plaza! The location is perfect for in town shopping and dining as well as only 20 to 30 minutes away from waterfront dining and Folly Beach. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. One of the mornings we experienced lack of hot water for showers, contacted the staff at the front desk (spoke with KeKe) and she immediately contacted maintenance to resolve the problem. That afternoon the hot water problem was resolved! During that time KeKe had mentioned they were going to credit one night due to the water problem, and when checkout time came we were credited as we were first told. I appreciate the staff following through and taking care of us!! Thank you Crowne Plaza for a wonderful experience!"
