"The room was very clean, bed comfortable and nice, high pressure shower. Those are my 3 most important qualities to a hotel room and they delivered 5 stars here. The breakfast bar was just ok as they didn’t have the correct cups/lids so very challenging to bring coffee to the room. Otherwise a perfect stay and minor inconvenience.."

"I arrived with two imediate problems. 1 i was double booked due to a hotels.com error. The second was because the hotel system had been offline and the front desk was in the process of reconciling current room occupancy with reservations. To get us into a room they had to send someone to veryfy if a room was empty. We had booked a standard King bed room. The King size bed was an important feature we need to sleep comfortably. We were put into a suite that had a double bed (room 505) which did not provide a great sleep as we were cramped into the bed. Of course we know things happen, but this made our overnight stay while traveling miserable. "

"This is a special place. Peaceful, serene setting. Large, bright, comfortable and clean rooms. Walk a beautiful nature path from the hotel right into Middleton Plantation. Very tasty and filling complimentary breakfast buffet."

"The second floor hallway had a terrible smell, the elevators were in disrepair (cracked tile, door opened very slowly like it was going to break, up and down arrows on second floor taped over), very sketchy area of town."
