"It's an interesting location. Hidden at the back of the road, beautiful setting, peaceful up to a degree. Not so sure why they need the music blasting in the lobby. We can hear it through our door, in the morning. Little load sitting in the lounge. But it's still an amazing stay. We arrived in quite early from our 3 flights, trek across the world, and they let us book in early. While we waiting, we drank mango smoothies. The TV was all in Korean, so read instead"

At Sempre you can always expect kind and helpful service from the front desk, clean rooms due to the diligent cleaning staff, and great food at the Sempre Cafe. "What makes the Mövenpick extraordinary is the staff, I travel a lot and stay at many very nice establishments, in this case it was not as much as the place being the star as the staff. Raymond, Noel, Janice, Rochelle, Gabriel & Giovanni were the kindest most polite attentive members of staff i have ever encountered during my travels. The smiles and conversation were above and beyond. there are also some others at the front desk and spa that i can't remember the names of that did a stellar job....
